Tooheys New is the classic, easy-drinking Australian lager brewed with no artificial additives and no preservatives. Its lightly hopped, malty character delivers the perfect balance of bitter and sweet beer flavours. It is low in effervescence to enhance refreshment, ensuring that each sip tastes as good as the first.

AC approx 4.6%

INGREDIENTS

  • Morgans Australian Lager
  • 1kg Brew Booster
  • 12gr Pride of Ringwood Hops
  • Brew Cellar Premium Lager Yeast

DIRECTIONS

  1.  Put 1.5 litres of water in a saucepan with 250gm of Brew Booster. Bring mix to a simmer while stirring (to avoid sticking),
  2. Add Pride of Ringwood hop bag, turn off the heat source and stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Add to your sterilized fermenter, the can of Morgans Australian Lager, the rest of the Brew Booster as well as the contents of your saucepan
  4. Top your fermenter up to 23 litres with cool water
  5. Add the yeast when wort temperature is below 22° C. and stir in well Try to ferment at a constant 22° c.
