Brewed using the finest ingredients with no artificial additives or preservatives. An enhanced brewing process breaks down more of the natural sugars to deliver a genuine Super Dry taste, with only a third of the carbs of standard full strength beer

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Blue Mountain Lager
  • 1.5Kg Morgan’s Master Malts Beer Enhancer
  • 12gr Morgan’s Hersbrucker hops
  • 3gr Brew Cellar Dry Enzyme
  • Brew Cellar Premium Lager Yeast

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put 1.5 litres of water in a saucepan with 250gm of Malt Beer Enhancer . Bring mix to a simmer while stirring (to avoid sticking),
  2. Add Hersbrucker hop bags, turn off the heat source and stand for 10 minutes. Add to your sterilized fermenter, the can of Morgan’s Blue Mountain lager, the rest of the Malt Beer Enhancer as well as the contents of your saucepan Top your fermenter up to 23 litres with cool water
  3. Add Dry Enzyme
  4. Add the yeast when wort temperature is below 22° C. and stir in well Try to ferment at a constant 22° c.
  5. Ferment  for 12 -13 days
