First brewed in 1615, Grolsch has over 400 years of brewing history and craftsmanship. This North-European style lager is brewed for longer, using two hop varietals and double fermented with 100% malt base. Grolsch delivers a bold, full flavoured beer that is hard to resist.

  • Morgan’s Canadian Light
  • 1kg Brew Booster
  • 250g Dextrose
  • 12gr Hallertau Hops
  • Brew Cellar European Lager yeast


  1.  Put 1.5 litres of water in a saucepan with 250gm of Brew Booster. Bring mix to a simmer while stirring (to avoid sticking),
  2. Add Hallertau hop bag, turn off the heat source and stand for 10 minutes. Add to your sterilized fermenter, the can of Morgans Canadian Light, dextrose and the rest of the Brew Booster as well as the contents of your saucepan
  3. Top your fermenter up to 23 litres with cool water
  4. Add the yeast when wort temperature is below 22° C. and stir in well Try to ferment at a constant 22° c
